Ghanaian Dancehall Artiste, Shatta Wale has said he doesn’t consider Nigerian Superstar, Wizkid as a “superstar”, and as thus, folks should stop rating him high.
The singer who has described himself as the smartest African artiste making more money from his career as a musician spoke on whether he believes Wizkid is a super star like others like him, and then he indicated that he does not see Wizkid as one, although some Ghanaian acts rate him higher.
“I will not see Wizkid and be stunned, I rather want him to see me and be amazed because I don’t see anything extraordinary about him, even though he claims to the best African artiste…”.
He called on Ghanaian artistes to start respecting themselves and stop rating Nigerian artistes high above them.
Meanwhile, Shatta Wale has also described himself as the smartest African artiste making more money from his career as a musician.
According to him, most of his colleagues see him as a braggart but to him, he frequently talks about his wealth in order to motivate the Ghanaian artiste, to encourage them to strive to attain higher heights like some foreign artistes have done.
