Big Brother Naija star, Erica Nlewedim has stated that people should not be bullied or forced to support any candidate in the upcoming election.
She took to her official Instagram page to say this on Tuesday, February 21, ahead of the general election this Saturday.
According to her, people should have the freedom to support any candidate of their choice because we are in a democracy.
The 28-year-old actress tweeted,
“At the end of the day it’s a democracy, no one should be bullied or forced to support anyone.
If knowing who I support but not actively campaigning means I’m sitting on the fence then I’ll gladly sit!
Make up your own minds, let me talk about other stuff with my fans🥰
I’m not talking politics cos I don’t like y’all enough to talk to you anymore!
The real stand you should take is on the Election Day, make sure you actually vote. Stop looking for people to tell you who to vote for, make up your own minds!”
