10. MOI MOI

Moi Moi or Moin-Moin as some will call it, is a Nigerian steam bean pudding which has its origin from South West Nigeria.

The major ingredient in preparing this mouth watering dish is bean pudding. It can be made in combination with egg, crayfish, corned beef, onions, or sardine to give it that added taste.

This quite tasty meal can be served with other Nigerian dishes or probably eaten alone as a snack.
