Zari Hassan’s Mother is dead.
According to Nairobi News, the socialite’s mum Halima Suleima Hassan passed on after succumbing to kidney and heart disease.
Writing on her Instagram, Zari wished her mother a safe passage to heaven, while declaring love forever for her.
“It’s with deep sorrow that my family and I announce the death of our lovely mother who passed on this morning. May her soul rest in peace, May Allah forgive you your sins and grant you Jana,” she said.
Adding, “You will forever be loved our Old Sun, us as your kids were given the best from God as our mother. We appreciate all you did for us. We will forever cherish you Mama. Sleep well.”
This sad news comes just weeks after the Ugandan beauty buried her ex husband Ivan Ssemwanga, who she left for Diamond Platnumz. Ivan’s death triggered media persecution of the Ugandan beauty as family members of the diseased allegedly demanded paternity test of the children she had with their late son.
However, peace later reigned and Zari emerged the manger of Evans billionaire empire.
As though that drama was not enough, her current husband Diamond Platnumz put her on blast on his Instagram, accusing her of infidelity. But she dragged him after shooting down his accusation, and he crawled back to her, begging for forgiveness.
Less than a month since that family drama, Diamond Platnumz’ alleged love child with a Tanzanian video vixen surfaced, and while the drama is still brewing, Zari loses her mother.
It has been a tedious phase for the mum of five, but she has family and friends already commiserating with her on her loss.
