The Beat 99.9 FM On Air Personality, Gbemi Olateru-Olagbegi, has claimed that some employers deny their staff a raise in salary just because the employee isn’t married or has children.
In a tweet thread on Twitter, Gbemi, says it’s unfair to deprive a worker of their pay raise just because they don’t have some factors attributed to them.
