A Twitter user, Wale Adetona has given a shocking narrative of how a Nigerian man conned his girlfriend of almost 2 years into saving up money for him to pursue his Masters but used it to secure a Canadian visa for himself and his wife.
According to the thread, which has since been trending on Twitter, the said con artist earned less than his girlfriend – who actually earned three times more than him – so most of his expenses were footed by his girlfriend, who never used that as upper hand
against him.
It was like that for months and she was even by the side, saving up money for him to go pursue his masters in the United States, only for her to meet the greatest shock of her life one day she went to his apartment.
