Prince Aminu Lamido, son of the Emir of Kano, Muhammadu Sanusi II, was joined to his heartthrob, Zainab Bashir, daughter of a university lecturer, Sani Bashir last Saturday.
The wedding ceremony took place in Al-Furqan Mosque, Alu Avenue, Nasarawa GRA Kano. The Crossing Swords took place at the Emir of Kano Palace.
Aminu is an Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP). Before the marriage took place on December 28, 2018, the bride’s family had their traditional wedding Kamu which took place at Abacha House at Gidado road, while the groom’s version of the event— Kamun Ango also took place in Kano.
The wedding ceremony had distinguished guests in attendance including Aliko Dangote and other dignitaries. See photos below,
