American R&B singer, Chris Brown is going to sue the woman who accused him of raping her in his hotel in Paris.
The 24-year-old model had initially claimed that the singer took her to his hotel in Paris and violently raped her, leading to the arrest of Chris Brown, his bodyguard, and one other person.
He was later released from police custody on Tuesday and won’t face any charges at this time, but an investigation continues.
Chris issued a statement on his Instagram account on Tuesday denying the accusations.
“I wanna make it perfectly clear ….. This is false and a whole lot of CAP!,” he wrote in the all-caps message. “… For my daughter and my family this is so disrespectful and is against my character and morals!!!!” he wrote
Now the singer’s Parisian lawyer, Raphael Chiche has revealed that Chris Brown will sue the lady who accused him of raping her for defamation.
He told TMZ: “Chris Brown is free. No lawsuits were filed against him. He vigorously challenges the charges against him. A complaint for slanderous denunciation will be filed tomorrow with the public prosecutor of Paris.”
