Nigeria’s Minister of Aviation, Senator Hadi Sirika, has said refreshments will no longer be served aboard domestic flights.
The minister gave the reason for the decision is to avoid risk of contamination.
Special Assistant to President Buhari on Digital and New Media, Tolu Ogunlesi disclosed this via a tweet this afternoon.
Ogunlesi’s tweet reads ;
BREAKING: FOOD WILL NOT BE SERVED ON RESUMING DOMESTIC FLIGHTS, TO AVOID RISK OF CONTAMINATION
TAKE NOTE ALL THOSE WHO CANNOT SURVIVE AN HOURLONG FLIGHT WITHOUT CAKE AND JUICE AND TOMTOM
Jokes apart. Not kidding. Minister of Aviation announced it today. No Food will be Served.
