A little lad, identified simply as Israel has become a topic of interest on the internet after he was recently spotted at a block industry, moulding blocks to earn a living.
A video of a little Israel moulding the blocks like a skilled artisan would started serving rounds online and it was discovered that the little lad had to take up the job to raise money for school fees and other challenges.
When Israel was asked what made him start doing hard work and how long he has been into the business, Israel revealed that he has been working there for a long time to raise money for himself.
Quite a handful of Nigerians have however shared their displeasure with Israel’s ordeal, noting that it’s child labour and requesting that the government step in to help with his situation.
