Reports accompanied with videos and photos reaching us this hour is that of a petrol laden tanker that reportedly fell and burst into flames around IBB Boulevard, opposite GTBank Kuto, Abeokuta.
As at the time of filing this report, the fire service in the state and other officials have arrived at the scene to put out the fire and attend to the incident.
Graphic images and videos show a burnt body laying on the ground as well as burnt up cars. It’s yet to be ascertained whether or not, the occupants of the cars were able to escape the fire.
However, some videos show the moment people scampered for safety, with some sustaining burn injuries. See some videos below, (WARNING: Graphic content ahead)
