Popular singer, Reekado Banks has opined that Nigeria is on the verge of a civil war, following reports of attacks across the country.
The ex-MAVIN signee took to Twitter to share his opinion. According to him, the politicians are enabling the attacks because their political schemes would profit from the unrest.
He also advised citizens to take actions that would foster peace because they would suffer more if a civil war breaks out in Nigeria.
He tweeted,
“Nigeria is on the brink of a civil war & the politicians are doing everything to enable it because their schemes thrive in havoc & when there’s a divide. As citizens, who will suffer the most from this impending disaster, we must do everything within our power to champion peace.”
