A video of a female presidential aspirant, Ruby Chinenye of the Young Progressives Party YPP, making her declaration as she aspires to become President of Nigeria in 2023 has gone viral on social media.
In the video, the presidential hopeful stated that Nigeria doesn’t need a rich man to rule the country and that what the country needs is a ”Man with sense,” which is why she has offered to be president.
Chinenye said;
I want us to understand that you do not need a rich man to rule Nigeria.
You do not need a rich man to lead Nigeria.
What we need in Nigeria is a man with sense, and I am here offering myself.
By the grace of God, we have been able to dig deep and see a lot of ways we can bring solutions.
She futher made a promise on how she is going to solve the raging problem of Insecurity in the country;
“I am promising Nigerians by the grace of God, that from the first day i am sworn into office, Nobody will go to sleep,” she said.
