A couple who met each other during their compulsory National Youth Service are set to tie the knot.
The lovebirds, Aniebiet-Abasi Etim and Isaiah Okonko, who met at their Primary Place of Assignment (PPA) during the one-year youth service, will be walking down the aisle on Saturday, December 3, 2022.
The delighted bride-to-be shared their wedding invitation along with photos of herself and her partner on Facebook.
“from NYSC PPA to the Altar”, she captioned the post.
Friends and well-wishers have since trooped to the comment section of the post to congratulate the couple.
A while ago, two serving corps members in Kano have tied the knot months after the met during their orientation program in the state.
The couple Mohammed Alhaji Musa and Hauwa Yahaya Bagudu both met during the 2019 Batch ‘A’ Orientation Course, where they reportedly fell in love with each other.

Musa and Hauwa Yahaya Bagudu exchanged marital vows.
The new couple met at NYSC Kano State Orientation Camp in Kusallah Dam Karaye during the 2019 Batch ‘A’ Orientation Course.
NYSC Kano State Coordinator, Malam Baba Ladan, who led other NYSC Staff and Corps Members to the wedding reception which took place at Nigeria Air Force Base in Kano, commended the new couple for maintaing their relationship which blossomed into marriage.
He also praised them for fulfilling one of the objectives of the NYSC Scheme which is to achieve national unity and integration.
The Coordinator used the ocassion to appeal to other Corps Members to build relationships that would bring good memories in the future.
