A Nigerian man identified as Dada Temitope has taken to social media to express gratitude for his life and well-being after he was almost hacked by a cutlass-wielding robber.
Dada took to the microblogging platform, Twitter to share details of the incident that occurred on the morning of April 20th, just before Otedola Bridge, Lagos.
He shared a video that the effect the robbery attempt had left on his car. The robber had apparently slashed at it which left a huge gash on the glass.
He added that a police checkpoint was nearby the location of his nearly successful robbery, and that when he told the cops about it, they merely expressed pity.
He wrote;
“Almost got robbed this morning just before Otedola bridge.
