Popular Nollywood actor, Yul Edochie’s second wife, actress Judy Austin, has spoken out for the first time after she was brutally dragged for being ‘insensitive’.
Recall that the controversial actress was heavily criticized for bragging about God’s love and thanking him for the safe delivery of her child in a video shared on her husband’s Facebook page.
The video did not sit with many on social media, because it was posted only a few weeks after the death of the first son of her husband’s first wife, May.
She was then lambasted for being insensitive and callous for expressing intense gratitude to God for ‘constantly fighting all her battles’, among other things she mentioned in the clip.
Barely 48 hours after the video sparked outrage online, Judy took to her Instagram page to share the same video and thanked God for her life.
Judy, who is evidently unperturbed by the backlash and seems to have developed a thick skin, maintained that she is one with God and that is all that matters to her.
She captioned the clip,
“In every situation…
I’ll continue to give thanks and praise to your Holy Name Jesus!!!
One with GOD ALMIGHTY is majority!!!”
