Big Brother Naija star and brand influencer, Neo Akpofure, has revealed that he comes from a large family with over 30 siblings.
During his appearance as a guest on the latest episode of the Terms & Conditions podcast, Neo opened up about his family dynamics.
He explained that he is the youngest among seven children from his mother’s side, but on his father’s side, he has over 30 siblings.
Neo also mentioned that due to the significant number of family members, they rarely extend invitations to outsiders when hosting parties.
“Growing up in Asaba, one thing I picked up was learning how to speak Igbo. My other six siblings, can’t. I’m the last of seven kids from my mum and one of 30-something from my dad. I have a lot of siblings. If you see us when we dey do party for our house, we no dey invite any other person. No need. My dad is a big man.” He said.
In other news, Neo Akpofure has disclosed the circumstances under which he can call it quits on a relationship with a partner.
The content creator said that he wouldn’t leave his girlfriend because of a fight or because she still carried scars from prior relationships.
Neo, who was in a relationship with Vee, a fellow BBNaija housemate, claimed that loyalty comes before love and that lying might lead to a breakup.
He made this claim in a video posted on his Instagram page, and said that even if her issue was improper communication, he would still remain as long as she is sincere.
However, Neo did not make it clear whether any of the things he mentioned had anything to do with his romance with Vee, which reportedly ended in 2021.
In his words;
“If we date, it’s actually loyalty over love. “I’m not leaving over an argument. I’m not leaving because you still have unhealed wounds. I’m not leaving because you messed up.
I’m not leaving because sometimes you said the wrong things. I’m not leaving because no one showed you how to properly communicate. We learn together. Just always be honest with me. That’s all I ask.”
