An American woman has taken to social media to cry out after being assaulted by a man because she refused to give him her number.
In one of the videos posted on her Instagram stories, the distraught woman narrated her ordeal at the hands of the abusive man.
She said he struck her in the face with a brick after she refused to share her number with him, and shockingly, onlookers did nothing to intervene.
The woman, who was left with a swollen face after the attack, had to be hospitalized due to the severe facial disfigurement.
In another video recorded from her hospital bed, the tearful woman expressed her fear that her attacker might not be caught because he swiftly fled the scene in his vehicle.
She also disclosed that the incident took place in Texas, USA.

He disclosed this after a Kogi-based photographer narrated how a caterer refused to give him food, saying that the food was for dignitaries.
The Kogi-based photographer wrote, “I approached Caterers for food dis morning and she told me her food is for dignitaries, lets learn to eat food in our house to avoid EMBARRASSMENTS from Caterers”
Reacting to this shocking encounter, Tobi revealed how he had also experienced the same at an event and shared how he got his revenge against the offender.
According to Tobi, he made sure not to include her in all the wedding pictures he took for the day and feigned ignorance of her presence when she queried him about it later.
He wrote;
“I also had an experience, though not from a caterer but the bride’s kid sister. I’ve been with them since Friday evening for a bridal shower and you can’t even buy a sachet of water in the estate, I asked for food and she embarrassed me cuz she was in charge. But I gave her my own judgement by making sure she doesn’t appear in any picture, even in family pictures, I’ll put her at the edge so I can easily crop her out. She later got my number from the bride asking why she wasn’t in all pictures and I told her I didn’t know she part of the wedding,” he wrote.
