Popular Nollywood actress Funke Akindele and her ex-husband, JJC Skillz, were recently spotted dancing together at an event, and this has gotten people talking online.
This gesture generated a buzz because the celebrity couple separated in June 2022 after seven years of marriage and the birth of twin children.
JJC Skillz had announced their separation last year, which came as a surprise to many. He also confirmed speculations that he had been asked to leave their matrimonial home by his wife, Funke Akindele.
A few months after their split, there were rumors that JJC Skillz had secretly married another woman in Kano, however these rumors were never officially confirmed.
Recently, the former couple made headlines again when JJC Skillz unveiled his latest project with his estranged wife and mother of his two kids, Funke Akindele.
They collaborated as directors on a new movie titled ‘She Must Be Obeyed,’ which you can read about here.
During the movie premiere on Wednesday night, the two were captured dancing and having a good time together, in the presence of other guests.
Meanwhile, it remains unclear whether the couple have officially filed for divorce or are simply separated.
