Mr. Ibu‘s second son, Daniel Okafor, has disputed Stella Maris’s accusations regarding the control of the account where donations for the actor’s operations were made.
Recall Stella had earlier claimed on her Instagram page that Jasmine, the actor’s adoptive daughter, had taken over the bank account where kind Nigerians were sending money to help the sick actor.
According to a recent disclosure obtained by The Punch, Jasmine was asked for her thoughts on the current accusations, but she declined to provide specifics.
“I do not want to be involved with the online drama, at least not yet. I am more concerned for Daddy’s well-being,” she said.
However, she told the news outlet to get in touch with the actor’s second son, who identified himself as Daniel Okafor.
“My name is Daniel Okafor; I am John Okafor’s second son. There is no truth in what Stella Maris has been sharing online. Jasmine does not have access to that account; I have access to it. I am the signatory to the account and my father’s next of kin,” he stated.
