Isaac Fayose, the brother of the former governor of Ekiti state, Ayo Fayose, has revealed the drastic action he took against a tenant who refused to pay rent for four years.
According to him, the tenant had the audacity to take him to court despite owing rent for four years. In retaliation, he mobilized a team to the compound to remove the doors and roof of the recalcitrant tenant.
He shared a video of the artisans removing the doors and roof of the property and expressed his displeasure with the tenant for owing rent for such a long time.
He mentioned that he was kind enough to allow his tenants to live rent-free during the COVID-19 pandemic to alleviate the financial stress, but that this particular tenant chose to repay him this way.

In other news, the governor of Oyo state, Seyi Makinde, has revealed the cause of the explosion that occurred in Ibadan, the state capital, on Tuesday evening, January 17.
In an interview with journalists at the site of the explosion, the Governor disclosed that the incident is connected to the activities of illegal miners operating in the state.
According to him, preliminary investigations revealed that the illegal miners stored explosive devices in one of the houses in the area, leading to the massive explosion. Continue reading here
