In a recent interview that has stirred controversy, veteran Nigerian singer Tony Tetuila has called out his former Remedies group member, Eedris Abdulkareem, over conflicting accounts of their past.
During the interview, Eedris shared the story of his rise to fame, recalling the time when he and Eddy (Montana) were starting out and performed in Ilorin.
Eedris claimed that it was during this period that he met Tony Tetuila, who desperately expressed a strong desire to sing and was invited to join their group, making them a trio.
However, Tony Tetuila strongly disputed his narrative and labeled him a “bloody liar.”
Expressing his disappointment in a video response, Tony took to social media to voice his disagreement with Eedris’s claims, asserting that Eedris was spreading falsehoods and lies.

“Am highly disappointed in this guy,he is a bloody liar,
how could a grown man like this be telling lies,
na GOD go punish who dey lie.”
