Reality TV star Omashola Oburoh has shared a video of his excited reaction to his wife’s academic achievement at the University of Cape Town, South Africa.
Omashola couldn’t contain his excitement when his wife, Britnee, was called on stage to receive her award for being the best final-year student in her program, Accounting.
As she walked down the aisle to the podium, Omashola couldn’t help but shout his signature slang ‘Warriii’ to hail her for her academic prowess.
This caught other attendees by surprise, and they turned towards his direction to see why he screamed. When they realized that he was celebrating his wife, they all started clapping for her.
He captioned the post,

As expected, his action has sparked differing opinions online, particularly from Nigerians. While some hailed him for not being ashamed to celebrate his wife publicly, others opined that it was embarrassing.
