A lady was shocked when a little girl mistakenly associated an English alphabet with a Yoruba word while completing her assignment.
In the widely shared video, the lady @i_am_firefire can be seen holding the girl’s hand while pointing out the English word to associate with familiar objects as she helps her with her school assignment.
The little girl repeated twice after the lady carefully explained that the letter A stands for apple. The young girl presumably saw a hen in their immediate area and yelled Adiye, the Yoruba word for hen.
The little girl mistakenly associated the letter A for apple with the letter A for Adiye, leaving the lady in awe.
