Nollywood actress, Lilian Afegbai, has playfully called out her colleague, comedian Anita Asuoha, popularly known as Real Warri Pikin, over her planned second wedding to her husband, Ikechukwu Asuoha.
The couple, who have two children together, are set to have their “dream wedding” ten years after they got married. Anita had previously admitted that her first wedding was not everything she had wanted because they lacked adequate financial resources at the time.
Anita and her husband will renew their vows on June 10 at their ideal bridal celebration to commemorate their 10th wedding anniversary.
Reacting to this, Lilian took to her Instagram page to jokingly express her disapproval with Anita for planning a second wedding and selling aso-ebi at an exorbitant price.
She said she has known Anita since her undergraduate days because they attended the same university. She said Anita has been married for ten years and now wants to marry the same man again, when she herself has never been married once or have a serious boyfriend.
Lilian also expressed her confusion as to why Anita, who already has a husband, would want to burden her, a single lady, with ‘aso-ebi’ costs.
Speaking further, she said she is living a fake life on social media and plans for every event ahead of time, but Anita’s wedding expenses was unplanned and she had to pay through her nose.
