Elderly father lends money to his adult son. He helps his child deal with financial problems.

A Nigerian man’s advice to ’22-years-olds’ online has generated different reactions from internet users who fall between the age bracket.

The man identified as @_Nohem instructed 22-year-olds via a tweet to stop collecting money from their parents.

According to him, at age 22 you should not be depending on your parents, you should be able to stand on your own and fend for yourself.

Sharing on the microblogging platform X, he wrote; “At age 22, you should not be collecting money from your parents anymore.”
