Popular Nigerian singer David Adeleke, better known as Davido, has set tongues wagging online after he offered to fly an interviewer named Amelia to Lagos on his private jet.
Davido made this generous offer to Amelia at the recently concluded MTV Music Video Awards (VMA) held at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey.
Amelia, who was a pink carpet host at the event, was interviewing Davido about how he felt being at the prestigious award show. During the conversation, she mentioned that she had never been to Lagos, Nigeria.
Without hesitation, the DMW boss offered to fly her on a private jet from the US to Lagos State, stating that the flight would only take 10 hours.
This sparked excitement in Amelia, who revealed that she had never flown on a private jet before. In response, Davido assured her that he would send his jet to bring her to Lagos.
Amusingly, she asked if there is a jacuzzi in his jet, to which Davido responded in the negative, but stated that there is a shower.
The interview has sparked mixed reactions on social media, with many sharing their thoughts on the potential outcome if Amelia accepts the offer.
