Big Brother Naija star, Victoria Adeyele, better known as Vee, has confirmed the arrest of a plumber who allegedly scammed her.
Vee had revealed on Twitter on Wednesday that the plumber billed her N150,000 for a job worth N20,000 and expressed her intention to report the case to the police.
Although some netizens made a case for the plumber, stating that she should leave him alone because many people are suffering in Nigeria, the reality star confirmed on Thursday morning that the plumber has been arrested.
She shared a photo of the plumber in cuffs via her Twitter handle with the caption, “PLAY STUPID GAMES, WIN STUPID PRIZES.
And for all of you that were making excuses for this plumber, THIS is your future.
“When I realized what he was doing, I told him to come to my house this morning. Can you believe he turned off my water again, but THIS time, he used a screwdriver to lock my water completely? HE WILL SLEEP IN JAIL.”
In other news, Nollywood actress and filmmaker, Funke Akindele has called out her colleague, Timini Egbuson for acting inappropriately while working on a movie set.
Timini Egbuson was criticized by Funke Akindele for constantly using his phone while working on a movie set in a video that was shared on her Instagram story.
The veteran actress warned Timini, saying that such conduct was improper and not permitted on a movie set.
