At the LAKATABU movie premiere of the versatile Nollywood actor, Odunlade Adekola which happened June 6, 2024, many top actors and actresses like Funke Akindele, Iyabo Ojo, Kolawole Ajeyemi, Brodashaggi, Mr Macaroni, Bolanle Ninalowo, Denrele Edun and others were all present to lend support.
As is peculiar to such launching, awards would be given to people who dressed perfectly to the theme. Actress Funke Akindele won the best dressed female award due to her exceptional outfit and was awarded a refrigerator.
However, there have been speculations that Funke would not have won the award if transgender Bobrisky had not gone to prison. Many remembered the last movie premiere By Eniola Ajao who crowned Bobrisky as the best dressed female and unintentionally set her up for drags.
