Nigerian Afrobeat singer, Ayra Starr has disclosed how she has refrained from buying an expensive purse she wanted because her mother would not approve.
The singer shared in a recently released, viral interview how her mother is still an average Nigerian mother.
She described how, despite having the money, she didn’t purchase an expensive bag she had her eye on because of her mother.
The Grammy nominee also described how, if she goes out late for a show, her mother calls her and everyone else in the vicinity.
The Mavin signee revealed how she prayed to be nominated for a Grammy, and she obviously got one.
Additionally, Ayra Starr stated that she will definitely release an album this year.
