Popular actor and activist, Yomi Fabiyi, has dragged his colleague, Iyabo Ojo for claiming that Naira Marley drugged her children’s food when they visited.
Recall that the actress recently said that she holds a personal grudge against the controversial musician, Naira Marley, separate from the late Mohbad’s case.
Iyabo stated that she used to send her children to the singer’s home because she believed him to be a good and reasonable person.
She claimed that Naira Marley had drugged the food and drinks her kids were served, and three or four witnesses had attested to the incident.
The actress continued by stating that as soon as Mohbad was given justice and his case was finished, she would start her legal battle against Naira Marley.
Reacting to the claims in an Instagram post, Yomi Fabiyi questioned why Iyabo Ojo did not stand up for her children when Naira Marley carried out such actions against them.
Yomi said that no mother would put up with this and concluded that the actress could have made up the lie in order to implicate Naira Marley.
He continued by saying that the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency and the police have to invite Iyabo Ojo’s children for interrogation.
He said;
“I don’t know why Iyabo was sending her children, who are adults, to Naira Marley’s house in the first place. She stated that Naira was putting drugs in their food and she called herself a mother. She never came out to fight for her children then…Maybe she just cooked up this lie to implicate Naira. Why was her daughter laced with drugs if she was not into drugs already? Which mother will keep quiet in such a situation? The NDLEA and the police heard what she said and they are keeping mute. How will this country get better? I expect the NDLEA to invite her to bring her children and investigate her.”
