A civil engineering graduate of the University of Agriculture, Makurdi, Benue State and a National Youth Service Corps member serving with Bayelsa State Ministry of Works, identified with name, James Onuh, was allegedly murdered by unknown gunmen reported to be cultists in Obele, Yenagoa.
The Gunmen are reported to have attacked the deceased close to his place of residence and shot him. He was rushed to the Federal Medical Centre, Yenagoa, where he passed away.
The state Police Public Relations Officer, Asinim Butswat, confirmed the incident, saying,
‘We are trailing the suspects and investigation is ongoing.’
