Popular Instagram skit maker, Ganiyu Kehinde, better known as Ijoba Lande, who went missing on Sunday, has finally broken his silence about his whereabouts.
A few days ago, news broke that the comedian had gone missing when his wife raised alarm online that he left their home without his phone since Sunday, March 26, and had not returned.
In a new update posted on his Instagram on Thursday afternoon, four days after he was declared missing, it was revealed that Ijoba Lande has been found alive and well.
Speaking on his sudden disappearance, Lande said that he was not kidnapped but left his house himself.
He expressed gratitude to his fans, followers, and colleagues for their efforts while he was away and noted that depression is real.
Although he did not go into detail about where he had gone, he prayed for everyone who was concerned for his well-being that they would not go through a predicament that would make them consider ending it all.
“I appreciate everyone. They said almost everyone posted. I want to tell everyone that depression is real and I want to tell the whole world that nobody kidnapped me. I did it intentionally but thank God I am back.” He said in part.
