Renowned music producer DJ Khaled has found himself at the center of controversy after a video emerged of him being carried by two security guards to prevent his sneakers from getting dirty.
Fans were quick to criticize the 48-year-old artist after he posted the video, which was part of his promotion for his upcoming album.
In the clip, Dj Khaled opened his car door, glanced at the ground, and then summoned his security personnel.
Expressing his concern for his precious Jordans, he requested assistance from everyone around him.
Two men promptly stepped forward and positioned themselves on either side of him, carefully carrying him over the sand.
Escorted by his dedicated guards, Khaled was guided from his luxury vehicle into the back of a pickup truck, which transported him to the beachside stage for his performance.
Expressing gratitude, he thanked the guards as they gently set him down.
“Thank you brothers, I appreciate it,” he said as they set him down. “Can’t mess up the Js.”
Upon arriving at the concert venue, the same guards lifted him out of the truck and once again carried him to the steps of the stage.
The spectacle left fans divided, with some finding it amusing while others labeled it as excessive and self-centered.
As the controversy unfolds, the incident has sparked a debate and mixed reactions about celebrity behavior and priorities.
