A trending video that shows the big Nigerian artiste, Wizkid trying to board a flight at the Muritala Mohammed International Airport in Lagos, has set the internet buzzing.
An excited fan had captured the moment the singer moved to enter the flight on the queue while dodging the public eye by putting his hood on and guarded by escorts.
The video irked some netizens who felt insulted by Wizkid’s recent condescending tweet on Twitter where he states, “work smart make you no go dey hustle like a fool”.
While some assumed he said that to shade his fellow artiste, Davido, following the latter’s crypto uproar, most netizens took his tweet at face value.
In retaliation, people decided to abuse BigWiz by insinuating he is broke and cannot afford to own a public jet like his contemporaries.
