A Nigerian born-again Christian, Chiamaka Obereagu, has revealed that she is a recovering drug addict who was saved by Jesus Christ.
Taking to the microblogging platform, Twitter, she shared that it had been over a year since she gave up using drugs and alcohol and got sober.
Chiamaka claimed that she was addicted to drugs, alcohol, and pornography before the Holy Spirit appeared and converted her in her room.
The young woman posted before and after pictures of herself, one of which showed her consuming marijuana and the other a more recent picture of how she looked.
The ecstatic convert said that she is now a gospel preacher and that she has spread the idea that, if she can be saved, then anybody can.
Sharing her testimony on Twitter, she wrote;
“Before JESUS, I did dirty things. I was addicted to weed, alcohol and masturbation. I was lost in pornography. Today it’s almost a year I’m totally clean. The HOLYSPIRIT convicted and converted me right in my room. Today I go out to preach JESUS. He saved me. He can save you too
In the words of my grandfather, David Oyedepo ” when you insult me and drag me on Twitter for my own testimony, salvation and ministry that YAHWEH has given me it’s a booster. It means that what I’m doing is paining you”
It’s not my job to defend the HOLYSPIRIT. It’s not my job to prove my salvation to you. I’m only a Masterpiece renewed for His good works to preach the gospel of good news. The enemy will always react to a divine seal.”
