Nigerian crossdresser, James Brown has criticized the suspected gay men who were arrested in Delta State for holding a same-sex wedding.
In a video shared on his Instagram page, the crossdresser who gained popularity after he was arrested for reportedly attending a gay event in Lagos in 2018, stated that these men should have obeyed the law and refrained from holding a gay wedding.
He added that Nigeria, as a nation, is not accepting of queer people, so the suspects should have kept their activities private.
This comes after the suspected homosexuals were nabbed for celebrating the wedding of one of their own in a hotel in Delta state.
The young men were paraded at the police headquarters in Asaba, Delta State, on Wednesday August 29, and the video sparked a huge buzz on social media, stirring reactions from Nigerians as well as celebrities.

Recall that the spokesperson of the command, DSP Bright Edafe, paraded the suspects at the police headquarters in Asaba yesterday.
According to him, the suspects were allegedly holding a gay wedding at a hotel in the state when they were apprehended.
Taking to his Instagram page, Bobrisky chastised the men for attempting to perform a gay wedding in a country where the act was illegal and added that they deserved the treatment they got.
According to him, if they were that in love with their partners, they should have left the country to relocate somewhere else where being openly gay was welcomed.
He wrote,
Hey guys!!! I want to quickly addressed those set of guys who were arrested in delta. You see dis class is not actually meant for everyone. But i strongly believe you can learn from those Alist. Firstly there’s a law passed against you guys that you can’t marry urself in dis country why d hell did you all call urself together to organize a wedding? That’s d dumbest news have read dis week. You all deserve how you all were treated sad truth. If you feel you are in love with ur partner and you want to be together why not relocate to where you are welcome?
