American actor and TV host, Nick Cannon has revealed that he regrets not having a child with his ex-girlfriend, Christina Milian.
Nick, who dated the actress for two years after meeting on the set of 2003 film ‘Love Don’t Cost a Thing’, revealed that they talked about starting a family but it never happened.
He made this disclosure in a recent interview with Shade Room, where he admitted that he regrets not fathering a child with her.
“If I say this, I know it’s gonna go viral. But when Christina Milian and I were doing Love Don’t Cost a Thing, I remember when I found out she was pregnant [years later] … I was like, ‘Dang, man.'”
The 42-year-old actor however stated that he was happy for her and was supportive of her and her new family.
“But I was so happy for her. I remember we [were] kids in love early on, and so we talked about that. But to each his own. Life plans it out. The universe gives it how it’s supposed to be given,” he said.
The duo split up years ago after Christina discovered that Nick was cheating on her after she hacked into his phone and found his chats with other women.
The 41-year-old actress now has a child Violet (12) with her ex-husband The Dream, and Isaiah (3) and 23-month-old Kenna with her boyfriend Matt Pokora.
Nick, on the other hand, is currently a proud father of 12 children with different women.
