A Ghanaian man called Chef Ebenezer Smith has been reportedly arrested for forging his own Guinness World Record certificate after engaging in an 800-hour cook-a-thon.

Chef Smith announced his victory for being awarded the latest holder of the longest cooking marathon by displaying a certificate similar to the one they issue winners. He also granted interviews praising his success.

However, on further investigation, it was revealed that he was not awarded or even recognized by GWR. His certificate was definitely falsified by himself.

This revelation and his alleged arrest has sent the internet buzzing with amusement and shock at his audacity and lack of insight.
