Viral photos has captured the moment Borno State governor, Babagana Zulum stopped his convoy to help some women who were gathering firewood by the roadside.
It was gathered that the governor and his aides were moving to Monguno, the capital of the Local Government Area of Borno State when they spotted the woman and some young girls standing by the road side.
On reaching the women, Governor Zulum stopped the convoy, approached the woman and offered to help. The governor gave the women and their firewood a lift back to Monguno.

In other news, Babagana Zulum, has promoted Obiageli Mazi, a class teacher, to assistant headmistress for her dedication to work.
The Governor who paid an unscheduled visit to Shehu Sanda Kyarimi 2 Primary School around 6:30am on Friday February 7 to see how the school’s infrastructure can be improved, gifted the only teacher he met on duty N100k and also promoted her.
The level 12 teacher identified as Obiageli Mazi, was promoted to the rank of assistant headmistress by the Borno State Governor as confirmed in a statement released by Shettima Kullima, executive chairman of the State Universal Education Board (SUBEB).
Governor Zulum was reportedly impressed with the commitment of the Abia born teacher who has been teaching for 31 years.
