Eyewitnesses reported that a courageous female passenger in another vehicle attempted to flee the scene but was tragically shot by the gunmen, leaving her critically wounded.
Additionally, another unidentified woman lost her life after being hit by gunfire during the attack.
Confirming the incident, the spokesperson for the State Police Command, SP Omolola Odutola, revealed that a manhunt had been launched to apprehend the suspected kidnappers.
