Popular Nigerian singer and songwriter, Kingsley Chinweike Okonkwo, better known as Kcee, got tongues wagging after dedicating his Headies Award win to his wife and girlfriend.
The ‘Limpopo’ crooner won the Best Inspirational Song award at the 15th Headies Awards that was held in Atlanta, USA, on the 4th of September, 2022.
He defeated the likes of Timi Dakolo, Chidinma, Mercy Chinwo, Dunsin Oyekan and Nathaniel Bassey to take home the award.
When called to the stage to receive the award, the singer, in his speech, dedicated the win to his wife and his girlfriend.
He, however, clarified that his wife is also his girlfriend, best friend, and all-in-all.

In other news, A couple of people have raised concerns over the countenance of Mavin Record’s boss, Don Jazzy, after he was invited on stage by veteran singer, D’Banj at the 15th Headies awards event.
The 2022 annual Headies Award was held in Atlanta, USA and saw the recognition and honouring of both local and foreign music acts, one which saw D’banj bag a Special Recognition Award.
As the music mogul was on the stage to receive his award, he invited his former partner, Don Jazzy to join him, as he acknowledged him for once believing in his career.
Don Jazzy, as he got on stage, maintained an expressionless face as he wore a facemask and despite DBanj’s humorous approach for him to remove it, the music producer remained cold. Watch video here.
