A Nigerian man has come under heavy fire on social media for spraying money on a newborn baby in a bid to celebrate him.
In a video making rounds on social media, the young man is seen making money rain on the little baby who was placed on the bed as he danced around him.
Though it is not clear if he is the biological father of the child, the young man was happily spraying new ₦500 notes on the child.
However, the video has sparked varying reactions on social media, as netizens berated the man for exposing the child to toxic chemicals in the money.
According to them, it is not healthy because the internal organs of the child is not yet strong enough to handle the chemicals and germs in the money.
