Big Brother Naija star, Chinenyenwa Desire Okoebor, better known as Chichi, has finally addressed reports that she is married with children.
A photo of Chichi and a man alleged to be her husband circulated on the internet a while ago, sparking conversations about whether or not she was indeed married.
During an episode of the reunion show, BBNaija level-up winner Phyna also alleged in a fit of rage that Chichi was a mother of two who abandoned her children and husband in Benin City to hustle in Lagos.
However, addressing the rumors during the last episode of the level-up reunion on Friday, Chichi clarified that the man in the viral picture is her uncle.
“I have heard that I am married with kids. That’s my father’s last sibling. How am I married to my uncle?”she said.

Meanwhile, BBNaija star Hermes Iyele had previously debunked Phyna’s claim that Chichi abandoned her husband and children.
According to him, he had a conversation with Chichi a while back, and she confirmed that the man and kids in the viral picture that fueled the rumor were actually her uncle and his children.
“First of all, I want to apologize for how the entire thing is misconstrued. I had a conversation with Chichi, and she told me that man is her uncle. She went to visit, and he took that picture.
”I asked why she didn’t tell her uncle to put out a disclaimer, and she said it will put them in a difficult situation because it was already difficult for them and her family members.
”I know for a fact that no one went out there to confirm anything. I was literally laughing at the impossibility of the entire situation. I was laughing because none of it was a fact,” he said.
