The actor gazed most of his fans when he shared a very shocking photo of himself on Instagram on Sunday. The photo shows him looking unusually lean and skinny.
He revealed that he had embarked on an intense 500-calorie a day diet ahead of his new film. He wrote
‘Just tried a new diet/training program called “Lost At Sea.” Wouldn’t recommend it,’
The actor slimmed down for the movie, In the Heart of the Sea. His character is a sailor stranded at sea with the other crew for 90 days.
