The heavy torrential downpour that started in the early hours of today, July 8, has flooded some cities within Lagos state.
Residents around the Lekki-Epe axis have been held back from their outings in spite of this flood.
The President of the Association of Town Planning Consultants of Nigeria, ATPCON, Mr. Moses Ogunleye, who ealier identified the major problem of these areas as lack of good drainage system, however appealed to the government in taking proactive steps for lasting solutions.
