A Nigerian gay man struggled terribly with accepting his sexual stance and at some point, he attempted chopping off his own man hood.

Ibe, revealed to NoStrings that even though many people do not know that he is gay, he feels really different and so, isolates himself.

Ibe said that he has always felt that being gay is wrong and so wishes to change. But everything worsened when he met a so called christian prophet who convinced him that there was something special about him.

He said;

“I was told by a prophet that there is a light on my head, and that I am going to be a very powerful prophet”

After hearing this, Ibe said that he became so worried that his sexual orientation could stop him from getting close to God, and possibly, also stop him from being a prophet, and so decided to do something about it. He said;

“In a bid to fight my homosexual feelings, I went to different places for deliverance including an occult grandmaster who is now a Christian but still no deliverance came”

After so many failed attempts at trying to change his sexual orientation, Ibe said that he became so frustrated and depressed, and felt that the only thing that could take away the feeling was to completely cut off his own penis. He said;

“I planned a lot. At first I planned on cutting my penis but my conscience couldn’t let me. I wanted to kill myself”

So far, nothing has changed for Ibe, as he still identifies as gay. He said;

“I so love my fellow man. Sometimes I want to live with one”

Ibe said that he is currently struggling with school and needs help. He said;

“I need to get a job that can fetch me enough money to register for my exams, but getting a job has been very tough for me”

  54. People talk about prayer as if when you pray some thing different would come and stop you from committing sin.

    It is very possible for you to give accept Jesus, become born again, pray for 3hours daily and still sin.

    The Bible say do not commit adultery

    Stay away from sexual immorality.

    After praying you have to do, obey the laws by doing what it says.

    Bible didn’t say pray and you will stop committing sin .

    It is when you commit sin that you ask for forgiveness.

    But we are told many times in the bible do not do this or do that. Meaning you have the power to do it or not so use the power and don’t do it.

    My advice is if you have not received Christ, go and give your life to Christ, after praying, read your bible a do according to the words written there.

    If you are having the feeling again u will quickly remember the world of God says don’t do this. Your body is his temple. As you remember the word and act according to it you will be renewing your mind and later found out that you no longer have the feeling . prayer only strengthens you..

    Jesus overcame temptation by the knowledge of the world not by prayer. Remember it was after praying and fasting for 40days and night that the devil now came to him but instead of the power of the prayer to work, it was the world the he knew and remembered to do. And guess what? He won.

    NB: after this prayer go to the House of God (a Bible believing church) and share your past life and testimony of salvation with (a Rev Fr, Priest, Pastor, or a godly elder in the church) ask him or them to pray for you. Also join a fellowship immediately, for “iron sharpeneth iron.” and follow up. Sing praises, pray and read your Bible everyday. Your spirit being shall triumph over your flesh, the evil one and their ploy against you by the power of the Holy Spirit in Jesus name. Amen. “have faith”
