Mabel Makun, CEO of Midas Interiors and wife of Nigerian comedian, Ayo Makun popularly known as AY has reacted over the high cost of wig.
Sharing via her Instagram story, the mother of two revealed how she has been coping due to the outrageous price of wig. The video showed Mabel touching her hair styled in a low bun.
In the post she wrote;
Since you guys have decided to start selling wigs for 1 million and above, I am now officially a teenager
Responding to her story, some netizens reacted sharing their thoughts about the high cost of wigs, while others complained about the aftermath of the expensive wigs they purchased;

@ mary_anne_som The hair market is already saturated because everyone ships in the hair at a cheap rate and sells it at a very high price all in the name of making profits. How can you buy hair for 50k (the exchange rate in Nigeria) and resell it for 250k some hair doesn’t even give the luxury as the price sounds. Nigerians are used to thinking that only when you purchase 1milion naira hair then the hair is luxury 😁😁. It might be so cheaper than that but because your vendor hiked the price and to you, it’s luxury hair 😂😂😂 That’s why they keep robbing you all in the name of buying luxurious hair. Soon everyone will get tired of the Hair madness and the market gets drop. As relaxed hair has dropped and natural hair is on trend.
