Popular Instagram comedian, Mr Macaroni, has taken to social media to express his gratitude to his fans, followers, family, and friends for making him very happy on his birthday.
He went on to say that he could not remember the last time he was this happy since becoming a public figure, as he has always had to conceal his pain.
According to Mr. Macaroni, there was a lot of sadness behind the fighter and strong man image that many people see him as.
However, the outpouring of love, prayers, gifts, and heartfelt messages from millions of people who follow him and wish him well has given him a brand new feeling of joy and happiness.
He wrote;
