Nigerian actor and comedian, Mr. Macaroni, has weighed in on the trending conversation about TAMPAN leadership’s decision to suspend actress, Iyabo Ojo.
Recall that the association barred filmmakers and directors from working with Iyabo Ojo because of her “unruly” behaviour on social media during Baba Ijesha’s rape case.
Mr Macaroni, who is also a human right activist, has now taken to Twitter to share his thought about the matter.
The Instagram comedian wondered why the association waited till after Baba Ijesha was granted bail before convening to suspend the actress.
He tweeted,
“TAMPAN suspends lyabo Ojo. Not only did they suspend her, but there was also a full press conference stating a million and one things she did wrong. Interesting how this is happening only after Baba Ijesha was granted bail. Really interesting”.
